Have stayed several times at this location. Never had any type of issue what so ever. Friendly staff get u thru the check in process fast no waiting. I don't ever full out reviews but the service I have received here has always been them same. 5 star! Keep up good work. See you soon!

Good rate, room was clean. It's obviously a basic hotel so I didn't expect anything fancy. The room we were in (#208) wasn't completely updated yet but it looked like the floors were recently renovated (except for the bathroom) and they looked really nice. I actually liked the fact it was wood laminate instead of carpet, seems like a cleaner option for a hotel. The only rough looking part was the walls, door, and the shower curtain rod in the bathroom. The floors in the bathroom were still tile but it was in good shape. Had a fridge and microwave, pillows were very comfortable (although only 3 pillows on king size bed). I would stay here again. Any reviews about being dirty or having bugs - I didn't see anything of this sort.

Stay here almost weekly, great friendly staff and the rooms are clean, comfortable and safe, I highly recommend here for a good stay at a economical price

I stayed at the Econolodge in Knoxville for a couple nites and it was honestly a really good spot… The room was clean, bed was super comfy & the Wi-Fi never gave me any trouble… The front desk folks were nice & check-in took like 2 minutes, super easy. Free parking was a plus & the location made it simple to get around the city. For what I paid, it felt like a steal—I’d definitely crash here again….

Stayed a night at this motel and was pleasantly surprised. The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and the staff were genuinely kind and helpful. It’s a simple place, but they do the basics right with a warm touch.

I want to start off by saying. I read reviews before deciding where to stay. I stayed here for little over a month. Do to working in the area. Yes it's a fairly cheap hotel. I was in room 126. The only thing I found wrong with it upon arrival which is good to have was the microwave. But when reported they took care of it. My room was my office away from my office. So I asked if they had a chair I could use and the man I believe was maintenance (Jeff) found one shortly after asking. From time I started my stay until the 25th of Oct the only thing I can say negative was there were times when I was woken up by guest fighting. All 3 front desk personnel was helpful. There was parking for my truck and trailer. Everything was on camera. Like with any hotel from a 40.00 a night to a 200.00 a night hotel there is always something that could be a little better. Plus the only time my room was not cleaned was when I accidentally left the do no disturb sign on the door. I WOULD DEFINITELY stay here again due to the way the staff treated me. Thanks again to Jay and the staff. Plus all I read about was waffle house. There is also a Wendy's, McDonald's, Aubrey's, and the waffle house in walking distance. Plus 4 gas station.

This is a family that works super hard and is super polite. Always a pleasure staying here. I have only gotten smiles and asking if I need anything from all of the people that work here. I am grateful to be able to stay here. If you need anything just ask they are so friendly it makes you feel welcomed I stayed in room 230 on the back side. No complaints out of me they are amazing thank you for your hospitality . You guys rock keep doing it.

I got in pretty late and was honestly just hoping for a smooth check-in and some rest. The guy at the front desk was great — really friendly and made the whole process quick and easy. You don’t always get that kind of attitude late at night, so it stood out. The room was clean, bed was comfy, and everything was quiet, which is all I really needed. Simple, no fuss, and solid service — would definitely stop here again if I’m in the area.
